O VALOR DA MITIGAÇÃO DE DESASTRES NO FOLCLORE DE NYAI RORO KIDUL ATRAVÉS DA ANÁLISE GEOMITOLÓGICA

Resumo

Folclore contém vários mistérios por trás de suas origens, um dos quais pode ser eventos significativos do passado, como desastres naturais, provocando respostas sociais a esses eventos. Este estudo tem como objetivo entender o valor embutido no folclore na instilação de princípios de mitigação de desastres. Um método qualitativo foi empregado nesta pesquisa para gerar compreensão autêntica e orgânica. A abordagem utilizada é a perspectiva antroposófica, que vincula a literatura ao contexto cultural. Além disso, o estudo analisa a relação entre folclore e fenômenos geológicos no âmbito da geomitologia. Os dados utilizados nesta pesquisa incluem o folclore de Nyai Roro Kidul de Yogyakarta, Indonésia, que contém mensagens intergeracionais sobre a preparação para desastres. Os dados foram coletados através de entrevistas aprofundadas com informantes, incluindo historiadores, especialistas em cultura javanesa e membros da comunidade. Os resultados do estudo indicam que o folclore de Nyai Roro Kidul abrange conhecimentos e crenças locais que podem explicar fenômenos geológicos relacionados a desastres naturais. Os padrões e mitos no folclore de Nyai Roro Kidul fornecem insights sobre a visão de mundo da comunidade em relação à natureza e aos eventos naturais, influenciando sua compreensão e preparação para desastres naturais.
