Resumo

A relevância do estudo é condicionada pelo facto de que a compreensão da integridade da cultura musical ucraniana encoraja a sua análise em duas manifestações - na Ucrânia continental e na diáspora. O objetivo do estudo é destacar a contribuição do compositor Stepan Spiech da Alemanha para a arte espiritual e canónica, uma vez que esta é uma questão pouco estudada. Os principais métodos utilizados no estudo são histórico-cultural - para considerar a música coral litúrgica ucraniana da segunda metade do século XX na dinâmica histórica; fonte e textual - para identificar as fontes primárias das obras do compositor; musical e estilístico - para caraterizar a evolução da componente musical no contexto da música sacra; personológico - para desenvolver um retrato criativo do compositor. O estudo examina pela primeira vez a arte coral litúrgica de um dos representantes da diáspora ucraniana - Stepan Spiech. O foco principal do estudo é a análise textual da Divina Liturgia de São João Crisóstomo, que tem dois volumes e a sua execução por coros ucranianos em 2021. O estudo desenvolve um novo campo científico - estudos da diáspora musical, expandindo o compêndio de conhecimentos sobre a música litúrgica ucraniana para a introduzir em manuais para estudantes de instituições musicais, incluí-la no repertório de grupos corais e dar a conhecer a música original a investigadores de todo o mundo.
